Statcon Heel Grounder. Statcon heel grounder manufactured to the highest standard of quality and versatility completely adjustable design for use on any shoe. A velcro closure is used on top of the unit to ensure proper adjustments and comfortable elastic band attach to the ground conductor velcro closure and wraps around the back of the heelto ensure comfort and fit. White non-marking insulative rubber on the inside pervent non-marking on the wearers shoe. Available with 1 or 2 meghoms resistor.
